I don't know how you managed to read that the analogy was directed at him. I 
am well aware that Jochen is a experienced and established player in this 
industry. Nothing is to be read in to anything beyond the plain meaning and 
context.

The customer has a wider definition of the word 'trust' then merely whether 
someone is a crook or not. From a client's perspective trust = integrity = 
someone who will always do THE RIGHT THING by them.
