It is unhappy with your DBD::mysql driver. How did you install the perl
packages? Did you use the pre-fab perl modules that is on the website? I
would suggest that you download the latest DBD::msql module and install
that by hand. Make sure to do a make test when you do this -- it will
test your installation. Once that passes the install-db script should
work as well.
