i'm not sure if i have mod-perl installed. yes i used /var/www/obs and
/usr/lib/cgi-bin/obs. i've never used debian before so it'll take me some time to find
my
way around. right now i feel like i'm fumbling i'm around in the dark. i've been using
redhat and rpm for a long time i really miss my rpm/filerunner combo for finding out
what's what. the dialog about vscoll is still coming out of netscape as well. this is
4.73 as opposed to 4.75, so i guess it's not version related.
