these fellows remind me of the 2 guys miss marple reported looking into cars a couple of weeks ago. they disappeared, then came strolling down scott rd while miss marple, jonathan and i were looking for them. we were wielding 2-way radios and followed them all the way down to lmr. it was hilarious seeing their discomfort as they kept turning around to 'casually' see if they were being watched. in lmr trev h met up with jonathan who'd called the police on his cell. 'phoned (only insp. nel had a radio at that time). the police questioned them but found nothing on them. i'm sure we prevented a car break-in that evening. both are dark-skinned and say they're from tanzania. one is very tall and lanky, over 6 ft. and his pal's about 5' 8" or 9". could be they've teamed up with a getaway driver.
