Hearing this stuff frustrates me terribly.  IF THE SAPS KNOW OF THESE
PLACES (DEALERS IN STOLEN GOODS) WHY, WHY, **WHY** CAN'T THEY DO
"DEALS" WITH THE OWNERS/TRADERS AND CATCH THE BUGGERS RED-HANDED ?
WHY - WHY NOT ??? !!!
