You've missed my point Brian. I haven't disputed any of the outcomes of indiscriminate liquor licensing and I have opposed these applications. My point was simply that it isn't a crime to apply for a liquor licence but somehow this whole discussion was being focused around crime. I don't have any further comments. Pam
