Hi
Last night we had an attempted break in. The alarm attached to our beams went off & when we went to investigate we saw that the gate that leads to where we park our cars was open enough to let some one walk in. I really don't understand how this can be - the gate is controlled by a remote. It was not off its rails - my husband was able to use the remote to close the gate, so it hadn't been taken off the rails - which would have made sense if the gate was open. And both my husband and the ADT guy tried to move the gate when it was closed & it would not move - it is impossible to move it. Do you think it is possible that there is another remote that can open our gate? I really don't understand how else it could have been opened. Does anyone have any ideas? Also wanted to say thanks to ADT - once again they were really quick - they were at our house within a minute. And they are so friendly & helpful - glad to have them around.
