Okay here it is from the (almost) horse's mouth. Patricia/Patsy was here this morning borrowing a ladder so I asked her about Louis. She says yes he's been on "unga" (heroin) [again?] for quite some months. She says that he says he'd like to go into rehab but can't afford the R1500-R2000 a month that it costs. She also said there's a course that he says will fix him at R780 (total). Does anyone know anything about that? (Marge?) And then she said "Talk of the devil.." and there he was - nice greeting to me - and helped Patricia carry the ladder back to her place. Oh dear, what a world it is...
