Oasis takes tins too.

We live near Oasis and we bring all to them. Don't sort it as it gives their chaps a meaningful task to keep them busy.

perhaps an organisation such as hspm could be given some financial
support for taking on a recycling programme?  would the council /
oca / obsid consider supporting an ngo for this.

if more people practised recycling there would be nothing for poor
people to fish out of bins.  as it is, the amount of recyclable
material in bins - judging by the loud crushing of glass when the
dirtcart comes around - is horrendous.  it's testament to the lack of
concern some of our residents show towards
our environment - both local and global.

until residents take more responsibility for their waste, cedric is on
the button - we have expert recyclers among us.  let's find a way for
them to put their skills to good use and reward them for it.
