Feedback since my last writing as below re the remainder noise disturbance: Noise was identified coming from Premier Mill, Malta Road Salt River border with Observatory. City Health and I visited the Mill and identified some possible sources. The Mill's Health and Safety manager and I since identified a particular location and the matter was taken up by the Mill senior management. The Mill management conveyed earlier today that they have ordered a silencer to address the specific source of noise. I request your perseverance in mentally ignoring the low level droning machinery noise, which can be heard on wind still nights or when slight Northern winds prevail. Kindly direct your comments or other noise factors for my attention as being in the process of attending to the ambient noise issues. James
