Hi everyone, I have received feedback from City Health officials that they could not locate the noise. Being that it has died down, it is difficult for them to further investigate and they are requesting to close the 'case' until the issue resurfaces.
I have heard some slight buzzing myself - but nothing at the level it was before. The mill have also done investigations and liaised with City officials on this matter and from the investigations it seems the noise did not originate from there. Should any of the complainants have some feedback in this regard, please let me know and I can liaise with City officials accordingly.
