Perhaps not report it to the SAPS but it may benefit OBSID in that they
include it in their stats and can determine hotspots and trends.

But seriously who would have though so many wipers would be stolen,

I was going to post that we need somewya of painlessly reporting these
crimes toi the SAPS. And by painlessly I mean a way that avoids a
visit to the station or dealing with a cop. Like an affadavit that
could be commissioned but a famous local commissioner of oaths at the
Libray on Fridays or when ever he is there.
For R80 I am not going to waste my time at the Police Station.
