Trevor I think it works both ways. Their stats can only be as good as
we want them to be. So if you want accuracy then reporting is
essential. It's absurd that you think people would make crime up. For
what reason? If you have ever been a victim of crime, you would know
it's preposterous to suggest such.

I still think (petty) crime will be heavily underreported it will be
heavily unreported.
So for instance you now have reports of two wiper blade thefts - have
those been added to your list or not.
Is there an email address and a format for reporting (petty) crime so
at least it is known about and a template so that all relevant
information can be captured
