We do capture what is reported on the google-groups. If there is insufficient information then the victim and or person who eported an incident is contacted for clarity / additional info.
To date it seems incidents notified on Facebook have or do not get captured. In terms of authenticity / honesty - it has been assumed - cant imagine why someone would be motivated to report a false incident ?
