Yes for sure - OBSID shoudl get a crime reporting tool - Frank used to
keep statistics which I am sure were more accurate that the police to
whom people don't want to visit and waste their time with. I was once
even warned to be telling the truth when I reported something stolen -
that was a while ago but hows that for service? Or perhaps I just look
like a bergie.
Then the OBSID could feed it on to SAPS even as anecdotal evidence.
