Below I've taken the liberty to draft a report for ODF Toolkit (but
didn't save it in the Incubator wiki). You might notice it looks very
similar to the August2015 report; we got bounced from last month due
to lack of Mentor signoff.

I've added an edgy comment about encouraging community engagement
beyond Jira - feel free to remove.

Sam/Nick/Yegor - would you be able to sign the report this month?

--------------------
ODF Toolkit

Java modules that allow programmatic creation, scanning and manipulation of
OpenDocument Format (ISO/IEC 26300 == ODF) documents

ODF Toolkit has been incubating since 2011-08-01.

Three most important issues to address in the move towards graduation:

  1. Grow the community
  2. Generate additional releases
  3. Encourage community engagement beyond Jira

Any issues that the Incubator PMC (IPMC) or ASF Board wish/need to be
aware of?

Lack of mentor sign-off on August 2015 report.

How has the community developed since the last report?

  Received+applied patches from new contributor.

How has the project developed since the last report?

Most activity via Jira (12 active issues since May 2015)

Date of last release:

  2014-06-02

When were the last committers or PMC members elected?

  2012-10-29

Signed-off-by:
