The cost will be increased duplication of traffic.

A single question could conceivably belong to all but the first area 
on your list because they aren't mutually exclusive.  A person 
placing a question in this area would be wise to feed it to all list 
to maximise coverage so we who who subscribe to all get 6 messages 
instead of one.
