What sort of editorial policy are you expecting?
My hope is that the team would come up with some triage
mantra like the ARCs use:
If it is not likely to be controversial, and it is an
obviously right thing to do, then just do it.
Otherwise, float the change to the ed board email list
and ask for a simple consensus vote.
If the consensus vote exposes deeper conflict, escalate
to the OGB?
At the core, we expect everyone to use good judgment and give
their best effort - lets plan for empowerment rather than
micromanagement.
