or... There is similar to the old d6 Star Wars wound system. You could
assign each body part (head, Torso, left arm, right arm, left leg, right
leg) 3 or 4 levels of being wounded: light, moderate, severe,
severed/destroyed

The first time you are injured in a body location it becomes light wounded,
(-1 to hit/skills etc) second time its moderately wounded (-3 to skills. to
hit etc.), third time its severely wounded and cannot be used (unconscious
if its a head, arm out of action etc..) and severed/destroyed speaks for its
self.

Light weapons could cause a singe wound, medium weapons a double wound etc..
