OK, i'm not trying to re-open the can of worms--if you want more on this, email me off-list or check the list archives, but:
VP/WP is already OGC, probably from two distinct sources (it's quite possible that one of them (Spycraft) wasn't supposed to release the system as OGC, but the other is completely clean and legal and intentional).
