The only parts of any work that must be OGC are the parts that are
derivative of OGC. You can certainly make rules that are not derivative
of OGC. The Traveller ship-building rules in T20 would be one example
of such.
And you feel that you can then PI them?
That's the big question, Ryan.
Under what standards of PI? Language and concepts?
And how does ownership of PI come into play, since it seems you have to own something to PI it?
