Well, Ryan, you've proven that you _can_ create spells that are usable with the MSRD but at the same time do not actually interface with it; to tell the truth if someone asked me yesterday, whether you would have been capable of the feat, I would have said, "Mmm, yeah, almost certainly."
They still don't make much of a system, though... There are a lot of things you couldn't do without referencing the SRD; you couldn't induce any of the things in the "Conditions" list, for example. At the same time, I'm not sure they would form a product that anyone would want to publish. They would probably form a footnote --- "Ryan S.
