Spell Effect: "The Power to Cloud The Mind" allows the caster to implant any simple idea in the mind of any person within 10 feet of the caster. The target will believe this idea to be true, as long as it does not contradict facts known to be true by the target. Spell Effect: "Perfect Concentration" allows the caster to specify the facing and result of the next die that would normally be rolled by the caster. Spell Effect: "Fly" allows the caster to take to the air and move at normal speed in any direction as long as the caster remains within 1,000 feet of sea level. Spell Effect: "Fireball" creates a tremendous burst of flame and heat that affects all targets in a 20 foot diameter sphere. The fireball instantly kills all targets within its area of effect.
