   First hand story I have on that issue is a fellow ( the source of the 
story  - and usually a very reliable source ) had worked out an agreement 
with Jose over Nexus and was going to meet up at a con to sign the 
contracts and handover the check.  Jose couldn't stop playing Shadowfist 
long enough to sign his name twice and take the money.

   For those of you who've been around Jose, this seems terribly typical of him.
