I've got a question that begs an answer here...did anyone do anything formal 
to actually "join" the OGF?  Don't mention the NDA as that was with WotC and 
not the OGF...

My point is, all any of us did to "join" the OGF was ask. And since its 
essentially Ryan's deal, he's in charge. None of us paid a penny to join. 
None of us own *any* part of the OGF.  We're playing in Ryan's clubhouse and 
using his toys.

And all that basically means that its Ryan's deal. He brought in WotC and 
came up with the license. He can do whatever he wants. Until such time as you 
shell out some money to join, we really shouldn't be shocked that we can't 
change certain fundamental things in the OGF.

Which (surprisingly to some I'm sure) I'm okay with. I prefer to know the 
rules when I play, and the rules in this instance are fairly clearcut. I may 
not agree, but I still wanna play with the toys...
