I haven't seen anything yet to indicate that the OGF will be open to
other licenses and publishers. If Dancey is interested in creating a
license-agnostic group, he should be using the OGF site to promote
Lycadican, an RPG that has been publishing under an open license (the
Open Content License), and Dominion Rules, an RPG whose open license
has been in development for the past year.
