How did Three Days To Kill get away with using spell
names in their adventure if it is CLOSED?  The PHB
does not designate it as open...  Also, how did they
use the monster stats since they are not marked
anywhere as OGC???  They do not appear in the d20SRD
(I notice they left out the spell names which I guess
means they are off limits in a fantasy adventure)...
