Because we have been told that most, if not all, of the spells, monsters
and magic items of D&D3 are going to be in the D20SRD. Given that Ryan
has only released up to chapter 10 so far, with the spells in chapter 11,
we will see "Real Soon Now", exactly what "most" means. Speaking of
which, Ryan, any plans on fixing the tables in Chapter 7 or do I need to
yank the ones I did out of the pre-release PHB files? :-)

The "early users" of the D20STL were told more or less what they could
expect in the D20SRD, and to the best of my knowledge, stuck to that.
