It might be useful to think of all the little ways to get around the exact
wording of the terms of the license, but it sounds like these practices are
being advocated as practical.  Why try to bite the hand that feeds you?  Why
try to ruin it for everyone who wants to work with WotC in good faith?

    Actually the point of the discussion was to find cheap ways for
publishers to include the liscence.  These people have to pay for every page
and we were trying to come up with wyas to make sure it was with the product
(as opposed to a web site).  No one on this list has the money for printing
products that WoTC does and I doubt that will change unless they too produce
a mega-card game or two :-)
    You are right though, that there is a problem with  a loose page when it
comes to resaling the product.  I guess publishers will just need to find a
half page somewhere in thier products to include it in a small font so as
not to increase thier cost or take away from the content.
