I have not read all the thread yet, but I felt it worth noting that anything packaged is one product. A sheet inserted into the module with the text of the license itself is sufficient to comply with the license itself. (Much like a license agreement is done with various software.) It was so noted by Mr. Dancey that this was the case during the "can I srinkwrap two books together and loophole the SRD" debate. So if you're worried about pages being taken up by a license?
