Of course, some printers are only financially practical if your book comes
in multiples of 16. Given that most writers produce more material than is
strictly required, some real content is likely to have to be cut to fit in
OGL/D20 legalese as well as tables of contents, index, advertising at the
back ...

While it is (thankfully) less painful for solely electronic products,
I can foresee that the Guild Companion will *not* be counting legalese
pages in our d20/OGL products, either for determining royalties to
authors, artists, and editors, or for determining the sale price.
