Maybe.  On the other hand, the print volumes that you should be enjoying by
doing D20 items (and if you're not getting those increased volumes, then
it's not such a great decision to do D20 stuff) should make it possible to
include that extra 1/2/4 pages at no additional cost to the consumer.  Or
you could print the licenses on the inside covers, a space that often goes
blank.  That might cost you another $100 in printing expense -- but if
that's the total cost to you to use the D20 trademark and system, isn't that
a good trade-off?

I strongly think that the licenses need to be included, not only because its
a good idea (as many of the people on this list have already explained), but
because including the text of the licenses and the associated copyright
information (e.g., citing other peoples' OGC that you are incorporating in
your own) is part of the contract.  Period.
