Ah, but reviews and "newsworthy" articles are treated differently from
advertising. I don't think that the Washington Post, New York Times, or any
bonafide newspaper would take seriously any WotC requests to stop mentioning
their trademarks (in text; I'm not talking logos here) in articles or
stories. It's fair use.
