[Open_Gaming] D20 Earthdawn a possibility

Has anyone heard about d20 Earthdawn? I have a friend claiming it's going to
be done but I can't find boo about it on the net, or in any trades.

As I understand it the rights went from FASA (R.I.P) to a small publishing
group. Has anything been done with the rules, or are new versions of the
books coming out with d20 content?
