If I have read the d20STL correctly, 5% of the material in any covered product should be Open Source. So far, most companies have been getting by with only stat blocks as open source. Heck, I saw one piece of online material that was 100% closed. Is it okay to simply have stat blocks Open or should one launch the word count utility in MS Word to see if one is in compliance?
