Based on Ryan's comments before and putting myself in WOTC's shoes, I'm
guessing their legal department is going to say "read and follow the OGL and
d20STL" and not much more. I hazard to guess they cannot pre-approve use of
trademarks and other such things for the OG community or else they end up
being one step away from serving as everyone's lawyers ("better run this one
by WOTC's lawyers before I publish it"). Ryan's consistent comment has been
if you have legal questions hire a lawyer; I think WOTC's legal squad will
be putting as little time and energy into OGL matters as possible.
