Speaking from my experiences with open source, if someone
politely tells you they don't have the time or resources to
help you do something, it is almost certainly not a lack of
desire to support open source. You have the opportunity to
help yourself with many of the risks and obstacles reduced.
Imposing further on someone else's time (even a big company)
is asking a bit much, in my opinion.
