I seem to recall Bradley saying that he asked them to rewrite them to comply
with the OGL _and_ to rate them so they would be balanced with each other. I
have the original download and at least 500 of them were over-powered to the
point of unplayability. Of course that is _my opinion_. YMMV

Of course, immediately upon checking the Community Council's Netbook of
Feats, I found a (tiny!) OGL violation -- one feat is attributed to
Ranma One-Half. The use of the concepts as the basis for a feat is fine,
but you can't mention (if I read the OGL correctly) *any* trademark, in
*any* context, no matter how innocuous or otherwise protected by 'fair
use'. If I am being overly anal in my interpretation, please let me
know.
