  Isnt that been picky with the wording of someone elses post? since they
said "very little", you said "nearly every".... either way you were both
infering that most software is distributed with a licence, and it is rare to
find SW or source code that is simply public domain and does not have a license.

  AFAIK tell, "nearly every bit of software coming with a license" is the same
as "very little software comes without a license"

  I've paraphrased there, and took strings attached to imply a license of some
sort. What I'm trying to say is you argued the first poster was wrong  with what
they said, then proceeded to post the same thing?

  Or have I misunderstood both the posts?
