Wow Mike, what didnt you see in

"very little X without" not being equal to "nearly every"?

I have written a few software license agreements myself, by the way.

My point is that the Microsoft quote wasnt entirely spot on -- Microsoft tools
are the most popular for developing Windows applications. And Microsoft tools
always come with a license agreement, even the ones that appear free (but are
never free of licenses).
