IIRC I thought there was a post a while back by Ryan Dancey, that
basically quoted a single phrase you were allowed to place on the front
of your product to indicate that you require the players handbook for
use. Also someone posted a slighlty altered phrase and was told that
would not be acceptable, that you could only use the one like Ryan had
posted.
Does anyone still have this post? Is it relevent to the above?
I thought you were allowed to use trademarks in OGL products so long
as you had the trademark owners permission to do so, thus if WOTC
agreed to allow people to stick a single reference of "Required players
handbook to use.... " then that would be fine..
Although I can't remember the exact post I read earlier, but I'm sure
it was based on this topic.
