That was my concern but I think Brad had a good point about how the d20 STL 
will be similar to our writer's contracts in that it places limits on what 
the authors can do but not on the open content.  For example, the d20STL 
requires that the author not make rules for character creation, but this is 
something that the WOGL clearly does not forbid.  So we can't say to an 
author "you may not use your work for profit if we release it under the OGL" 
but we could say "You agree not to profit from any of our work in which you 
are cited as a contributor"
