wandered into a site this morning that caught my eye. http://www.dragonscalecounters.com
Seems they have created their own art for many of the mainstream monsters from Core Rulebook III (monster manual) and are selling them as counters. My friend suggests its ok because the names (and the face/reach stats implied in the counters size) are released under the gentleman's agreement of the SRD. I say the artwork is derivative and the names are PI. He counters that other companies such as Fiery Dragon have released (and are intending to release more) of these exact same pieces. Which of us is right and if what they are doing is not ok, what differentiates their product from other similiar? Thanks in advance Jim Clepis __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Find the one for you at Yahoo!
