Thanks for posting this information on the open gaming license. Is there anyway to see an example of what should not be done and what can be done from an actual published work?
If we are going to publish a module for example, and inside the module, there is a spell like "Tenser's Floating Disk" and creatures from the Monster Manual, are we allowed to print these things in the module? Obviously if I am going to be using content from within the core source books (such as spell names, creature names, etc...) is that a violation of the open gaming license? I guess I am a little "confusled" about the license. Is there any way to post up a page showing some examples of published works that are not following proper d20 gaming license regulations?
