The trouble with that idea is that WotC doesn't NEED to correct the error in 
YOUR work.  They can wait until WE publish something relying on your stuff, 
then go after US if they feel it is infringing.

Our only recourse would be to sue YOU for any damages we suffered from your 
"mistakes".

Remember the old "downstream liability" issue I was nattering on about once 
upon a time...
