I will amend my previous position, and say that if it was done well enuff to
100% avoid infringing on any one else's work, then it would naturally be
saved from the illicitd20 pile.  I would have to be tempted to use them for
future Mutazoid's modules, depending upon the individual usefulness of each
divergent description.  Also, the fact remains that it is still OGL,
including the name and is still subject to being modified, in this way it
might be slightly more valuable the the monster SRD itself.  Plain word
Descriptions are more important than game stats.  What a concept. 

PS- no problems with NBoF either.  It does not have an XP chart, sorry for
the mixup. My memory played an evil trick with me. Now I don't know where
exactly I found it, but it must have been the same wee hours of the morn
that I was also going thru the NBoF for the first time. If I find it ever
again, I will contact the right people.
