Hmmm, can I draw a picture that just happens to have the text of the SRD in the background and declare that individual picture to be closed content? Or can I scan the SRD into a TIFF file and declare that it is now closed because it is a picture? I would think that a visual depiction derived from the SRD description of "Mind Flayer" is required to be OGC in the same way that the textual description of a new monster that is derived from the "Mind Flayer" must be OGC.
