Probably no one, you're right. It would be silly, wrong-headed, and petty. :-( On the other hand, the language you use in your products seems to show up in a lot of other places, and there are a lot of other people that seem to want to accomplish a similar task (provide a single work that can be divided into subsets, each with its own Section 15).
