Part of their interpretation of 'clearly marking OGC.' Here's my _color_
comment on that: if a Wizards buisness manager can't look at the file in a
text editor and 1) recognize their OGC 2) see it clearly marked as OGC
(opening it up and seeing it) and 3) clearly see how it came from the SRD or
understand what the syntax is saying if it isn't normal English (this last
one is best done with good documentation - that went far with them durring
our talks) then it isn't clearly marked from their perspective.

Durring our converstaion with AV at GenCon, we specifically coverd the
specifying portions of binary. Because of intertwining of computer code
between OGC and PI or closed content, they feel that a binary has to be all
or nothing OGC. Feel free to open discussions with them over it. It will
go a long way into keeping you from a C&D that some electronic publishers
got last year, and a potential lawsuit.

Hence our un-hardcoding a lot of functions into plain text files (our whole
new GameMode system.) The fact that we were able to do so as fast as we did
after we found out their interpretation surprised them. Of course, we were
going for d20stl compliance, so we doing a lot more than just OGL
compliance. For the d20stl, we've turned the actual code into a vanilla
interpretor, and OGL data sets with all the info. It was also a good
excersize: PCGen is a better program for it. Lot more powerful than it
was. Well, flexible, but I see that as the same thing.
