Since you are still the copyright holder of the
material if they don't adhere to the OGL then they are
breaking the license and then you can sue for
copyright infringement which is what the OGL protects
against.

There is, however, a time frame that they are allowed
to fix the OGL/OGC problem outlined in Section 13:

Termination: This License will terminate automatically
if You fail to comply with all terms herein and fail
to cure such breach within 30 days of becoming aware
of the breach. All sublicenses shall survive the
termination of this License.
